Standard Returns

  • Eligibility: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the seals remain intact.

In-Store Returns

  • Convenience: Visit any of our stores for immediate assistance with returns and exchanges.

Special Deals Returns

  • Conditions: Items purchased under special deals can be returned or exchanged at our stores, subject to price adjustments. Note: Alteration services are not available for these items.

Click & Collect Orders

  • Process: To return in-store or Click-and-Collect orders, simply visit any Tuxedo store for support.

  • Choice: Opt for returning your items at our physical stores or through our online platform.

Online Returns Procedure

Follow these steps for a hassle-free online return:

  1. Account Access: Log into your Tuxedo account.
  2. Order Selection: Find your order under your profile.
  3. Initiate Return: Choose the "Return" option and follow the prompts to complete your return request.

Preparing Your Returns

Ensure your return is ready by:

  • Using original packaging.
  • Removing old shipping labels.
  • Including the return label inside the package.

Collection Process

We'll arrange a courier pickup once your return is initiated. Please have your package ready for collection.

Guest Checkout Returns

Guests can initiate returns by:

  1. Email Confirmation: Locate your order confirmation email.
  2. Return Link: Use the link provided in the email to access the return form.
  3. Form Submission: Complete and submit your return request.

Refund Procedure

Expect the following during the refund process:

  • Confirmation: Receive an email once we receive your return.
  • Warehouse Processing: Allow up to three business days for processing after the return reaches our warehouse.
  • Refund Timing: The refund will appear on your original payment method within 2-4 business days. Cash on Delivery payments are refunded via bank transfer within an additional 14 working days.

Gift Cards and Credit Notes

  • Gift Cards: These are non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash.
  • Credit Notes: Valid for 12 months and can be used online or in-store, not transferable or convertible into cash.

Eligibility Criteria

Items like socks are non-returnable. Eligible returns must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

Order Modifications

  • Changes: Once an order is confirmed, modifications are not possible. For size changes, cancel and reorder, or return the item after receipt.
